Beautiful lake and mountain views, stunning lobby and lounges, plentiful breakfast, warm and helpful staff, good wi-fi connection, great location with private beach and pristine waters.

Nothing to dislike.

This was a very busy hotel but the staff were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. It had a very high standard throughout the whole of the hotel both internally and externally. Dinner and breakfast were buffets where there was a good choice of food available. We only stayed for one night but would have been happy to have stayed for longer.

The resort was located in a beautiful and remote area, perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff was very professional and accommodating, they even offered to save us some food when we arrived late. The buffet was extensive and delicious, we couldn't have asked for better food. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities we needed including a sauna and washers and dryers.

The lack of temperature control in the rooms. During our stay, there was a heat wave and the lack of AC made the rooms quite uncomfortable.

This hotel is a great spot for nature lovers like me. The location down by the lake is simply beautiful. The hotel facilities are fantastic, with a nice swimming pool and sauna open early in the morning. The staff was very kind and helpful, always willing to assist me. Finally, the cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable.

Our family had the most delightful stay at a hotel tucked away in nature, which was perfect for a family with 2 small kids. the location was just stunning, right down by the lake. We were able to enjoy the breathtaking view while having breakfast every morning. the staff was exceptional, and always happy to help us. the bathroom was spacious and the toiletries were provided. the sauna and jacuzzi were few of the facilities that helped us to relax.

The heating system was not controlled properly, and made the room uncomfortable at times.

Christmas at this hotel was a joy! the festive decorations were stunning and really helped to create a cozy atmosphere. the highlight of our stay was definitely the selection of food on offer. We particularly loved the hearty and delicious Christmas dinner, which was served in a lovely dining area with plenty of space for all the guests. the location of the hotel was perfect , we were able to take lovely walks in the snow, covered countryside right from the hotel's doorstep. And, let's not forget the delightful spa facilities which were a real treat after a long day out in the cold.

That some elements of the hotel were a bit outdated. For example, the room we stayed in was a bit cramped and the furniture could use some updating.

I recently had a delightful stay at this place near the lake. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. I loved waking up to such a picturesque scene every morning. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, providing me with a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the various amenities available, like the in-room safe and sitting area.

This hotel is absolutely worth every penny, and I would recommend it to all.
